    They have almost the same meaning, but when we use them, we often use 綺麗 as a noun. So when we say "She is beautiful." and "She is a beautiful woman." using 綺麗, we say「彼女は綺麗だ。」and 「彼女は綺麗な女性だ。」 We need some words like だ and な to help it sound more natural, but of course it's just a tiny difference, and sometimes it's a bit formal. Is this enough for your question?
