Sab means "all", "every" and ras means "juice/ nectar" So "sabrang" can be translated as "Something that contains all kind of juices". A juice tastes good and if there is a collection of juices then its taste will be wonderful. That is my understanding of the word "sabras", may be it meant something else originally. A similar Hindi word is "sabrang" which means "rainbow" (containing all colours).
