    I pretty much agree with Gabriel's answer above.

    Watashi no namae wa madeison sutakki desu.
    私の名前はマディソンスタッキーです。

    私の名前・・・ blablabla is the standart, textbookish anwers that they gave to learners, but in japanese like several other languages the 私 is already obvious since it's you that's talking, so the most simple way to say is simply: マディソンスタッキーです
