Resolved questions
When to use ~세요 when asking a question

I understand the imperative use of ~세요, but I realize that it's also fairly common when asking a question.

For example, are both of these correct?

어디 가요?
어디 가세요?

Does using ~세요 in a question just make it more honorific/polite?
