    Stop talking:
    In standard Arabic
    توقف عن الكلام
    =tawakkaf 3an alkalam

    In dialect
    بطل كلام
    =battal kalam

    You can use ‎بس‎ (=stop!) but we use it alone, not in a sentence. If you want a complete sentence you should say it as the sentences above.
