Real meaning of "사랑하-ㄹ 수-밖에 없다."?

You should consider what the following expressions mean.

    -ㄹ 수 없다(can not)/ -ㄹ 수 있다.(can)

In the expressions above, the bound noun 수 is used. The word 수 means either an ability to do something or a possibility/likelihood that something occurs.

Hence, "수(가) 있다" means that there is able/possible, and "수(가) 없다" means that there is not able/possible.

Therefore, the phrase "(무엇을) 할 수(가) 있다" means "to be able to do (something)", and the phrase "(무엇을) 할 수(가) 없다" means "to be unable to do (something)"

The auxiliary particle "-밖에" means "nothing other than (something)".

Consequently, "사랑할 수 밖에 없다." means "can't do anything but love" or "can't help loving (something or somebody)"

I can't do anything but love you.
Loving you is the only thing I can do.

(I think ^^ I am still learning though)

    Or, "bound to love".
