What does the word 'draagt' mean?

Hi everyone,
Could you tell me the meaning of the word 'draagt' in this sentence.
'Jackie draagt de koofer'
I guess it means 'brings', doesn't it?

    'Draagt' comes from the verb 'dragen' wich could be translated in differences ways.

    In your exeple you're saying;
    Jackie draagt de koffer.
    'Jackie carries the suitcase'

    But we can also say;
    Ik draag een shirt
    'I'm wearing a shirt.'

    I hope you'll inderstand!

    To bring should be: 'Brengen'
