    As Yuki-san said, we say ごうかくした and also say パスした、受かった(うかった)、通った(とおった).

    In casual way, I would say
    2月にはじまる日本語コースの試験(or 入試[にゅうし]) に受かったよ(or パスしたよ)。やったぁ!

    日本語で「合格」です。例えば:試験を合格しました。
