I need help with a little translation

HI! Some days ago my wife was walking with her sister and she saw two kids smashing something that looked a painting. The kids ran away and my wife took the painting ans saw something written in arabic.
She has fixed the painting and now she wants to hang up the painting.
But before doing that I'd like to know what those arabic words mean.

Could you please help with that?

Well, it's Surah in Holy Qur'an (the holy bible of Islam).. And it's means: "In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful. Say: "He is God the one the most unique, God the immanently indispensable. He has begotten no one, and is begotten of none. There is no one comparable to Him."

    Sūrat al-Ikhlā (The Fidelity )

    Sura is
is a chapter of the Holy Qur'an. There are 114 chapters of the Qur'an, each divided into verses.

And this is the translation of Surat Al-Ikhlas

Say:Allah, the One and Only; [1] Allah, the Eternal, Absolute; [2] He begetteth not, nor is He begotten; [3] And there is none comparable unto Him. [4]
