밤새 - adverb, meaning; all night (long)
밤샘 - noun, usually followed by another noun and not commonly used in spoken/written language.
Ex. 밤샘공부; study for all night.

FYI, those two are derived from the verb, 밤을 새다; to stay awake all night.
