Kennen Sie die?

(source: http://www.spiegel.de/kultur/kino/berlinale-2014-die-newcomer-quereinsteiger-und-debuetanten-a-950240.html)

Does that mean, Do you (formal "you") know this one ("woman")?
Is "die" the singular feminine form of the demonstrative pronoun, in the accusative case?

They are asking about the people who are named in the article itself.
    "Kennen Sie die (Leute/Schauspieler/Personen)."
    So it's the plural accusative.

The article is not talking about a particular woman. From the context it can be seen that "Die" refers to "die Berlinale". The caption says, "Berlinale 2014: Kennen Sie die?
