"Gramma" is a slangy term for "grandmother".

"How many days you are learning a week" is a complex object - the question is, "what did you want to know?" - but you should also know that we describe it differently in proper English grammar. It seems that Russian teachers of English have invented their own explanations of grammar, and ultimately they teach you English in a very awkward way (and yes, we native speakers notice).

As for the sentence, a natural way to say it is, "I just wanted to know how many days per week you are studying."
