전기소비량이 40 에서 45리터의 충전은 납득할 수준이다.

하지만,

측정 값은 45리터 소모되었는데 42리터 충전은 납득이 안 된다.

충전의 경우에 따라 조금씩 다를수도 있다는 생각에서 다시 측정 하기로 했다.

It is on the plausible level that a battery was recharged from 40 L to 45 L on electricity consumption.

However,

It would not be accepted that 42 L was recharged while 45 L was consumed in measure values

In the case of the charging, the result would be able to be a little bit defferent so that we are going to estimate it once more.

Not sure exactly what you mean. For one thing, what is "L"? Usually batteries are measured in volts, or V.

I believe you meant to say:

"It is plausible that a battery was recharged from 40 to 45 volts by consuming electricity. However, it would be unacceptable for it to be recharged to 42 volts by consuming 45 volts. As we expect different results in the case of initially charging the battery, we will estimate this case once more."
