    It translates as October moon. The October moon in Mexico is said to be very beautiful. There's also an old song called Luna de Octubre.

    My short experience says that it is just a moon which is shown in October but I suppose that you could take it maybe from any poem so to give a successful answer you might share a link in which you took it to see the context. Greetings.
