how can i know the different between tow words bütün ..her
and when i can use each one ?

    ''Bütün'' is all, and ''her'' is every.
    Bütün meyveleri severim. - I like all the fruits.
    Her cuma meyve yerim. I eat fruits every friday.

    'Bütün' means 'all' (as cey said) but it also means 'entire' or 'whole':
    The entire world: Bütün dünya / All the houses: Bütün evler etc.

    'Her' means 'every' or 'each'

    Every Monday: Her gün / Each student: Her öğrenci
