    In the first sentence I think either which or what is fine. What is not wrong.
    The only sentence that does not sound perfectly correct to me is the fifth one. I am not sure exactly what you mean there.

     

    I'd think it's definitely "Which Countries" in British English though a lot of people would incorrectly use "What" as well - though to me it sounds wrong. I think the distinction might not be the same in American English.
