Bonjour The correct sentence is "Nous devons vous quitter" that means "We must leave you". The other sentence is not correct.

Hi again, Feng. Both expressions are grammatically correct but they do not mean the same thing: Nous devons vous quitter = We must leave you Nous devons quitter = We must leave As you can see, "vous" (you) is what we must leave.
