"There is a good chance for you to get high marks" or "You have a good chance to get high marks" both make sense. Don't forget to use articles (the, a, an). Even with an article, saying "There is a good chance that you get high marks" would not make sense. You could say "There is a good chance that you WILL get high marks". I hope this helps :)
