I think you could say any of the following in American English:
1. Hold on a minute. I want to take some photos of the view.
2. Hold on a minute. I want to take some photos of the landscape.
3. Hold on a minute. I want to take some photos of the scenery.
If I were standing at a lookout point on top of a mountain or on the deck of a summit house on the top of a mountain, I think I would be more likely to say "some photos of the view" though. The other two are correct also but when I hear the word "view", I think of seeing this huge open space like the one you see from a mountain.... that is, you can see rivers and valleys and far off, instead of your line of sight being obstructed by buildings, trees, etc. :)
If I went to the top of the mountain in the fall time and took some photos, I think I would be more likely to say something like "Hold on a minute. I want to take some photos of the fall foliage below." because I would be taking photos of all the trees with their orange, red, and yellow leaves from that vantage point., which by the way, is so beautiful in New England :)
