Anything/Something Hello, guys. I've got a question. Here`s the sentence: Hey, Megan, how`s your life? You look really worried, is something wrong? Should I use here "anything" instead of "something"?

Something = a certain thing. Anything = any possible thing. So, both words fit the sentence. Because Megan looks worried, "something" fits the context much more appropriately.
