Do the following sentences make grammatical sense? - The thing is, I have a hard time to adjusting to my new schedule including those trial lessons with each teacher/ tutor who live in a different time zone. Now, it seems putting me into jet-lagged situation although I haven't gone to any other countries lately. Your help is very much appreciated as always.;)
