Thanks to that money send, the South Countries can buy provisions for themselves. Why is -te morau used here? According to textbooks: 買ってもらう -- Someone buy something for me. 父を口説いて車を買ってもらった.　I talked my father into buying me a car. Who exactly does 買う and もらう?
