On the whole, contrasting you to the Chinese natives that I know, your pronounciation is very good, but still does not sound like a native speaker. But you would have no trouble at all, existing in an English language country.

This is just to support Michael's response... Your pronunciation is quite good, but I can hear you forcing the words out a little. It's just a tiny amount of tension which alerts me to the fact you're non-native... and aware of it. If you relaxed a little more, you could have a very natural accent. Air, fear, hear, there and fare were OK, but all slightly off. "Fare" was probably the most inaccurate as far as pronunciation goes. The rest of the words were fine.
