a. Pre-sale customer service experiences in a store of tmall selling household appliances.
b. Pre-sale customer service experiences in a store, selling household appliances, of tmall.
Which way to say it is better? Or the other way.

You really shouldn't put either of those on a resume. Can you rephrase the question?
