Hello Joanna !
Mi padre trabaja en la empresa de mi tia. OK ( tía )
Tiene pelo gris. OK
Lleva camisa de cuadros. ( camisa A cuadros )
Es sensible y decidido. OK
Mi madre no trabaja. OK
Tiene pelo rubio. OK
Lleva ( la ) blusa de color cafe. ( OK, you can omit the article if you want, or use " UNA blusa" )
Es muy simpaticA y bondadosA. ( the adjectives must have the same gender as the noun: " ( ella ) es simpática y bondadosa", you're talking about your mother.)
Ella es mi hermana menor.
tiene 23 anos y es estudiante.
Tiene pelo rubio y es muy delgadA. ( " ella es delgadA" female adjective, if you're talking about your brother, then you can say "delgadO" = "él es delgado" )
Lleva la blusa blanca y los pantalones negroS. ( "el pantalón negro" = singular / "los pantalones negroS" = plural )
Ella es introvertida pero muy amable. OK
El es mi novio.
Tiene 25 anos.
Es estudiante y estudia (la ) biologia. (" estudia Biología" = without the article, because you're talking about his career. You can also say: " Es estudiante de Biología" or " Es estudiante, estudia Biología" )
Tiene pelo negro. OK
Lleva (el) sueter marron. ( you can omit the article, or say " Lleva un suéter marrón " )
Es inteligente y simpatico. OK
When you describe the clothes that someone is wearing, it's more correct to use an indefinite pronoun instead of an article, or omit both.
" Ella lleva una blusa blanca." / " Ella lleva blusa blanca"
" Él lleva un suéter marrón y unos pantalones negros" / " Él lleva suéter marrón y pantalones negros".
But if you change the structure of the sentence, you can use the article: " La blusa que (ella ) lleva es blanca." / " El suéter que lleva (él) es (color) marrón, y los pantalones son negros " / " ... y los pantalones son de color negro"
I hope that my explanation has been clear.
Best wishes
Sofía.
