do these sentences sound OK? The most striking/ attractive feature on my face is my nose. I want to talk about a pimple popping out on my face and it is so remarkable, can I say ' My face is now striking with a big red swollen pimple'? Please suggest other better ways to express them. Thanks!

The first sentence is perfect. The second is probably too "correct" given the topic. An American teenager might say, "I can't show myself with this big fat zit on my face!"

I like Brian's answer. Zit is American slang for pimple. There are many ways to express how you feel in this situation. The first sentence is correct. You could also combine the two sentences and say " The most attractive feature of my face is my nose, however I now have a big zit on my face and it is so embarrassing!"
