To say "need" in Japanese
How do you say...
1) I need water.
2) I need to drink water.
I think I understand, but I just wanted to make sure I understood :)
Need = 必要 すぐにほしい Therefore
1)私はみずを必要としている converstaional すぐに 水をください (水、ない?)
2)私は飲み水を必要としていいる converstaional すぐ 飲む水をください ((飲み)水を早く)
in Japan many water is can drink so just say 水 mean drinkable water
