Are these sentences OK? (for person B) Perso A. Where did you get the money? Person B I got a loan. (from a bank) I got a credit. (from a bank) I borrowed money from a friend. I borrowed money from the company where I work.

You would not say "a credit" you can just say "I got credit".

The first, third and fourth are fine. The second one is wrong. You can say "I got a line of credit" or "I got a credit card."
