Et Profectus? Latin translation Can someone please tell me how to translate "the beginning" or "the journey begins"-something to that effect. I had settled on "Et Profectus" but I want to make sure this is translating correctly. Any help would be great! -K

'in principio' as in 'in principio erat Verbum'

Why not start classical, in the bible "In the beginning..." = in principio journey = iter, itineris "in principio itineris" I cannot say, whether this translation really fits to your context. Profectus means more something like a "development", "progress".
