It depends entirely on the type of verb.

Type I verbs (accented on verb stem) have the endings you said:

    -εις
    -ει
    -ουμε
    -ετε
    -ουν(ε)

Type II A verbs (sometimes calledType B1, and accented on the personal ending) have these endings:
    -άω/ώ
    -άς
    -άει/ά
    -άμε/ούμε
    -άτε
    -άv(ε)/ούν(ε)

Type II B verbs (accented on the personal ending) have these endings:

    -είς
    -εί
    -ούμε
    -είτε
    -ούν(ε)

Medio-passive verbs will have an entirely different set of endings in the simple present, but the above is how normal indicative verbs will conjugate.
