"DeLillos" is easy to understand and is really a nice way to study (they sing in Oslodialect!), "Folque" is my favorite Norwegian band, they sing in rich and melodical but mostly very complicated dialects (with some exceptions like "15 mil til Oslo") . As for the singers, the are also Lillebjørn Nilsen (he is also easy to understand, as he is from Oslo), Lars Vaular (Bergensk rap), Kari Bremnes and many others

Not 100% music but there's this Norwegian comedy show called Kollektivet: https://www.youtube.com/user/KollektivetTV2 They make a lot of songs though although only a couple are in Norwegian. Their sketches are almost all in Norwegian so they're fairly good practice if you want to work on your hearing.
