I have used Michel Thomas: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z24IrjEPEwM simply listen the first time through, then begin to answer on the second listen.

I've been trying to learn Spanish all my life I'm 71 now and I find the best way for me is to have someone to speak to. So. I started with a school that uses Skype (one on one) And I'm not in a hurry like I use to be. I try to stress to my tutors that I'm mostly interested in conversational Spanish. I don't want to be a Spanish pro I just want to get along in Spanish. So I guess I might suggest to you that you don't give up no matter how many words you learn a day. I also listen to Spanish study mp3's and Spanish music. I have an idea of what's going on in the song and every so often I pick up a little more. I try to listen to radio and try to watch Spanish tv, but they speak to fast for me. I even try to think in Spanish. One day I'll be able to go shopping in a Spanish neighborhood and be able to communicate in Spanish. I hope that my rambling will encourage to continue even if you go slowly. !Adios! Bob
