'билеты на сегодня'. Should I use regular form after 'на' in this case? When a word after 'на' refer to day or date, should I use it in regular form instead of accusative case? Like билеты на сегодня.

cases apply only to nouns, сегодня is not a noun and has no other forms

In this particular case, it'd be always Accusative. Compare: - билеты на сегодняшний концерт - билеты на оперу - билеты на футбол - билеты на утро - билеты на комедию (Feminine nouns would help to define the case in such a tricky example. You can search the construction in google.)
