What is the different between "among" and "amongst"? What is the different between this two sentences I walked among them I walked amongst them thanks in advance

"Amongst" always comes before the words "our weaponry".

No difference in meaning. Apparently "among" is the older word but it is more commonly used than "amongst" at least in the U.S. They can be used interchangeably.
