is this sentence correct? This is the example sentence from a lesson? 彼女は耳がよく聞こえません。 Can I also say? 彼女の耳はよく聞こえません。 Is there a difference in the meaning? Thank you!

The meaning is the same but there is a difference between them depends on the situation. For example, I would use the second one when I introduce that person to someone, and I use the first one when someone asks me why she doesn't reply. However, they might be interchangeable.
