'Pack away' needs an object eg 'pack away your books'. 'Pack up' is the usual phrase for getting your things together in preparation for leaving.

Yes, you can use this phrase, but it sounds strange. It makes more sense to say: You can pack away your things. More often, teachers say: You can pack up. Another common phrase: It's time to wrap up.
