I suppose you mean a blister. So you can say : J'ai une ampoule. (ampoule also means light bulb) or J'ai une cloque. or J'ai une cloche. (cloche also means bell) (used in Belgium only) or if you want use the medical but nobody knows it J'ai une phlyctène.
