Can you help us to improving it? www.hellochinese.com is a new website. We made some books to make Chinese easier, but we are not good at website designing. And we know the website has some problem, but we want to hear the voice from the students.Hope we can help the students to learn Chinese much easier and can speak not just to remember some words or structures.I met a lot of students with odd accent or can not speak native Chinese ,even though they have spent so many time on it.We want to change the situation, that's why we want to make a new book and this website. Please tell me what makes you unhappy in this website. It might be a lot ,so please be prepared.

The first thing I want to know is which dialect are you teaching on the web site? This needs to be on the home page and very obvious. My wife speaks Mandarin and Taiwanese. I can hear the difference between; Cantonese, Mandarin and Taiwanese. I don't speak Chinese.

Ok, I have had a look about. First of all, I don't think the design itself is necessarily bad. I would move your language options to the top of the screen though, make them highly visible, If I didn't understand English, I would leave the site straight away, as the language options are hidden away, people don't want to waste time on looking for a way to change the site language. I would also move your Facebook, Twitter, Skype etc buttons to the top. There is also nothing to tell anybody the payment methods you accept, until you place an order. People want to know in advance how they can pay. There is nothing worse than going through everything, only to find they don't use a payment system you use. Lastly I would clear up the English. I spotted a few mistakes in the English, for example cultural shock instead of culture shock, and even some lines that made no sense to me what so ever, for example: We will do our best to offer high quality Chinese classes professionally, and we keep the right of explanation if our teachers have personal inappropriate behaviors in class. I read this and all I could say was, huh?
