Ok, I have had a look about. First of all, I don't think the design itself is necessarily bad. I would move your language options to the top of the screen though, make them highly visible, If I didn't understand English, I would leave the site straight away, as the language options are hidden away, people don't want to waste time on looking for a way to change the site language. I would also move your Facebook, Twitter, Skype etc buttons to the top.
There is also nothing to tell anybody the payment methods you accept, until you place an order. People want to know in advance how they can pay. There is nothing worse than going through everything, only to find they don't use a payment system you use.
Lastly I would clear up the English. I spotted a few mistakes in the English, for example cultural shock instead of culture shock, and even some lines that made no sense to me what so ever, for example: We will do our best to offer high quality Chinese classes professionally, and we keep the right of explanation if our teachers have personal inappropriate behaviors in class. I read this and all I could say was, huh?
