"kindergartener" - an adult or a child? English-russian dictionary gives two translations - a person who works in a kindergarten, and a child who goes to a kindergarten. Oxford Dictionary gives only one meaning - a child. So - where's the true?) And how in England people who work in the kindergarden are called - because in our country we have a nurse and "a teacher", so I can't use "nurse" about talking both of them.

A kindergartner is a child who is normally around 5-6 years old -- as 'kindergarten' is the year of school in which children are normally prepared for 1st grade or structured school systems. So a kindergartner would be the child, a kindergarten teacher would be the teacher, etc.
