We can't even think of anyone else, but Beloved / Even if both universes are against us, Beloved is enough for us(We are happy to have beloved, even in such terrible situation) "We" Indicates to every single person who is in love with beloved( here, in this fascinating verse, The word beloved refers to God) In Persian Literature the word "دوست"(Friend) has a metaphoric meaning, and that is "Beloved, Sweetheart,etc." which has been vastly used in Gnostic Literature. I hope this helps, But I must confess this verse has been written much better and poetical than my translation. :)

in my mind there is no space except for the friend let the two worlds be my enemy and the friend is enough for me. I think the word ضمیر can be translated into mind and also heart here ضمیر: باطن انسان، اندرون دل، اندیشه نهفته

I read the poem as this: Nobody can be placed in my/our heart except a friend. A friend would be enough for me/us even though both universe (the one we live now and the one which we live after death) go against me/us.
