"Marlborough Place" is a street name.

BNI IUB is a postcode in the UK. It actually means, "25 Marlborough Place, Brighton." What a nifty system.

"Marlborough" is actually a region in New Zealand. You may have upset a few folk by calling it Australian! :D

(But yes, there is also a town called Marlborough in central Queensland, Australia)
