Ruby, sweetheart - where are you getting all these expressions from? Are you translating them from Chinese? Really, you are wasting your time coming up all these expressions that don't exist. You should concentrate on real - and correct - examples of English that you have learnt in your lessons, or that you've read in books. Remember them and practise them - that's the way to learn a language. No more Chinglish, please!

I think you want to say: You feel sad internally?

To express sadness: "Are you sad?" "Are you in a sad mood?" "Are you depressed?" (ongoing sadness)
