No. It is represented by the ə' in your phonetics. If you don't pronounce it, it would not make sense - it would be two words. You need a vowel to run between the n and the L. Although - there are a few different pronunciations. The a can sound like the i in it, or more like an a as in half.

No, the /ə/ sound is a weak neutral sound. This is our "default" sound in English, even though we never write it.
