I understand both but think they both sound a little awkward. I would word it more like this:
"Our company produces both non-standard flange plates and those that meet the various standards required by different countries.

the second sentence is undoubtedly better. Try to use certain words once in a sentence such as different. it has many synonyms and will show that you have a broad vocabulary. also.. i think it would be "Our company produces" unless you were talking about farm produce which is just vegetables or fruit
