The way we speak English depends on our accent, some people emphasise certain words, while other emphasise other words. If you really want to improve the tone, intonation, and enunciation of your speaking, you need to do a lot of listening and copying, and speaking to fluent speakers so that you can see if they understand you, or seem confused when you speak.

In English, the meaning of the individual words does not change with tone as it does in Chinese. Tone in English is applied to phrases rather than to individual words. For instance a sentence whose tone rises at the end is likely to be a question.

You need to listen to fluent speakers. English speakers sound different-pick an accent you want and find a native speaker from that country. You just have to practice your speech.

Maybe it will help you to understand if you realize that pitch changes are to emphasize certain words or certain parts of sentences.
