Asking for directions ... Are these two ways of giving directions interchangeable? I´m used to saying: "Take you second left" I´ve heard: " Take the second on your left" Are they both ok? Thank you all :)

The usual instruction would be "take your second left". You can also use "take the second street/road on your left" but it is less common.

"Take you second left" doesn't make any sense, I'm afraid. Obviously, people would understand what you're trying to say, but it's wrong grammatically. " Take the second (or, for example, second road) on your left" is fine.
