If you scroll to the bottom of any italki page you'll see a category "Browse" and under that "Language Partners." You're able to then, at that page, search for people learning the same language as you. There are some other filters, too. Follow people and send them follow requests with a short introduction and hopefully someone here will be able to help you learn Korean. For starters, though, as Mojave has already pointed out, you'll want to learn Hangeul. When I first started I found this website helpful: http://keneckert.com/engkorea/sloppy/index.html#1 . It's very informative from a native English-speaker's point of view and other pages at that site also include starting phrases. As your first lesson, here's how to introduce yourself: 안녕하세요. 만나서 반갑습니다. 제 이름은 John입니다. (Ahn-nyeong-ha-seh-yo. Man-na-seo ban-gab-seub-ni-da. Jeh i-reum-eun John-ib-ni-da.) Good luck! :) But make it a priority to learn to read and write in Hangeul. I made flashcards and studied them every day for a long time before reading it became natural.

I hope this doesn't sound rude, but the number one thing you need to do if you want to learn Korean is to learn the alphabet, Hangul. You won't be able to get very far in learning the language and nobody will take you seriously if you use romanizations.
