What is the best way to write Mongolian with an latin keyboard?
The windows XP mongolian keyboard doesn't phonetically match up with the Qwerty keys so it is really slow for beginners to use it.

Russian and recent mongolian alphabet is almost same so you can write mongolian same as Russian
