Debes poner primero el sustantivo y después los adjetivos. Si son dos, separados por "Y", y sin son más de dos todos los anteriores se separan con comas. por ejemplo: un camino largo, difícil y estrecho, Las traducciones son: La hierba verde y exuberante un camino largo y arduo

Creo que no hay reglas, en linea general en idiomas neolatinos solemos poner el nombre por delante del adjetivo, que sea uno o sean diez( en ingles se pone el adjetivo antes del sustantivi), todavia no es un error escribir adjetivo y despues sustantivo, solamente parece una forma mas arcaica.
