"ISSUE" The word "issue" has many meanings consequently it has been using in many situations. Can you clear up it for me in which cases we can it use. Thanks in advance

'Issue' as a noun has two main meanings: 1. It can refer to a copy of a regular publication, such as a newspaper. 2. It can mean a question, problem, topic or situation to be discussed.
